The TSP (Thrift Savings Plan) is a contribution plan for federal employees in the United States, including the military.
It’s basically a 401k for federal employees.

Hence their slogan: “Gaming for Your Financial Future”.
There are plenty of “Fantasy Stock Market” games out there. You’re basically playing “Fantasy TSP”.
It’s all real figures and real market activity, so you can actually see what would have happened if you would have actually allocated your money into those funds.
